The mindset of many men with fast metabolism is: the more they eat the bigger they're going
to get. This is true, but is your goal really to just get bigger? No. Your goal is to get stronger and to
supply your body with the essentials it needs to build muscle. That means that eating tons of
fats and desserts is out of the question. You need to have a balanced diet that includes lots of proteins to give you energy and to supply your body with what it needs to lift weights.
Your motto will be
SMALLER QUANTITY + MORE FREQUENCY = BETTER RESULTS.
When you eat a lot at a time your body isn't using up the energy efficiently and a lot is being wasted.
If you decide to eat 2-3 hours a day your body is able to burn the fats and use the
energy. Here is a meal plan that can help you out in starting your own.
Breakfast
Starting off with a bowl of Quaker Oats oatmeal is the best thing that you can
do. Easy to make, just add water some berries, a banana, and
a couple of nuts and you have a perfect start to your day.
Meal Two
For meal two you start indulging yourself in the heavier foods. Start off
with a chicken breast to add the protein in your diet.
Then add a serving of potatoes to increase your
carb intake to get ready for your next meal.
Meal Three
Whey Protein, the protein shake that makes it all better. Personally
I like the chocolate flavored one best, but everyone has different tastes. This is
all you're going to intake for this meal. Think of it more of a substitution
just two scoops and you're done.
Meal 4
This is going to be your post workout meal. Just something to
regenerate your muscles so that the next time you work out you won't have excuses.
Having healthy muscles not only gives you a desire to workout, but
it also stops you from hurting yourself. Some turkey and pasta will do the trick
Meal 5
Finishing off with a plate of ground beef is the perfect last meal of the day. It
is a healthy way to satisfy that craving for a burger and pairing it up with a fresh fruit
gives it the fresh taste that you can use after a long day.
Meal 6
It might sound weird, but a peanut butter sandwich is what you eat as your midnight snack.
Not as tasty as other midnight snacks, but the peanut butter in WHEAT bread
slows down your metabolism and you don't burn as many calories at night. This is
essential to build the body mass that you desire.
So with that I conclude this post. Now don't forget to eat every 2-3 hours and stay
strong, this isn't a battle with the food it's a battle with yourself and
only you can win it. Whenever you feel weak just think DO I REALLY WANT THIS???
